Gastrointestinal pathology deals with diagnosis of thedisorders of gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas. The focus ofgastrointestinal pathology is molecular diagnostics of gastrointestinal tumoursand inherited colorectal cancer, including mutational testing in colorectalcancer for determination of therapeutic response to EGFR inhibitors. Thedisorders in digestive system such as stomach and intestine were determined byexamination of all the body samples.
